The Easter Bunny Came...

Sawyer got his first visit from the Easter bunny! His basket was filled with a new sippy cup, pacifiers, bubbles, sunglasses, swimsuit, two Easter books, a sing along CD and some magnets to play with on the fridge. I put a few plastic Easter eggs in his basket for decoration and of course, that was his favorite part. He grabbed them and they went straight to his mouth. He had a great first Easter!

Sawyer's 1st trip to Santuck

We had a very busy weekend! It started off with a trip to Santuck for my mom, Sawyer, and me. Jade played in a golf tournament with his dad so we decided to go to Santuck. We got there around 8:00 a.m. and only walked through one field on one side of the road. By then, it was time for Sawyer's bottle and nap. He did get a few outfits, a Mickey Mouse DVD, and lots of attention! We had a blast! By the time we got home, I was exhausted.

Also, I want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JADE! His 31st birthday was on Saturday. He is such an amazing husband and father. I thank GOD for him every day! We love you!

Nana came by on her lunch yesterday and took Sawyer for a ride in his wagon. He is sporting his new hat from his Aunt Johnette and looking very handsome in it! Thanks Aunt Johnette! He loves his wagon!

Apparently, Sawyer likes driving Papaw Dan's truck because every time he sends me a picture of Sawyer, it's of him standing in the driver's seat of his truck holding on to the steering wheel. Haha! He is such a mess and so blessed to be loved by so many!

Last Sunday, we went to my parents house to visit for a little while. We haven't seen Addison in a few weeks so it was really nice to spend some time with her. She has been sick and I was so glad to see that she was feeling much better. Sawyer and Addison just ooohhhed and aahhed over one another. It was the cutest thing!

Today, we had our Easter egg hunt with our church at Horseshoe Bend Park. We all brought a sack lunches then the guys hid the eggs and then the kids hunted them. Sawyer did great! He stayed in his wagon most of the time, but he managed to find two eggs. He got so much attention and of course, he loved every minute of it. Afterwards, we played kick ball and just enjoyed our time together. When we got home, Sawyer took a a two hour nap. He was exhausted! Today was such a good day! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful church family!

Another Wagon Ride

Sawyer absolutely loves to ride in his wagon. This was such a great purchase. He loves to be outside, he cries when we have to go in. The pollen is so bad, we are both battling with it right now. He woke up all congested yesterday, so we're trying to keep him in for a few days. Hope he feels better soon so we can go outside and play! Love my little man!
