Last week of January

Wow, time sure is flying by. I can't believe Sawyer is 8 1/2 months old now. In the past week, he has started pulling up on everything! It's so funny because he stands on his tip toes like a little ballerina. Hopefully, he will grow out of that soon. Another new thing he is doing is acting like an Indian. He will put his hand over his mouth and say "AHHHHHH" and move his hand back and forth from his mouth. He is just so darn cute. He is drinking from a sippy cup pretty well and loves his little puffs. He can feed himself those too. He is kinda waving, but still hasn't quite got the hang of it yet. He is crawling on all fours, no more army crawling and he is fast. Doesn't take him long to catch up with you. Just wanted to share a few things about our precious little boy!

My Christmas Tree

Sawyer had his very own Christmas tree in his room, and he LOVED it. He was mesmerized by the lights and loved touching the ornaments. Can't wait to add more ornaments to it each year!

Christmas morning

Look what Santa brought me!

Sawyer had a great 1st Christmas, although he was starting to get sick. He is such a happy baby and we couldn't be more blessed! He got lots of pajamas, toys, a few outfits, bibs, Mickey Mouse plate and bibs. Needless to say, our little boy is spoiled, but I wouldn't have it any other way. He is crawling and sitting up on his own. He says "Da-Da" and "Bye-Bye" we're still working on "Ma-Ma." Merry Christmas from the Snyders!

Sawyer loves Mickey!

On Christmas Eve night, we went over to Papaw Dan's and Nana's house. We ate again (I swear I gained 10 lbs over the holidays) and it was delicious. Of course, Nana's cooking is always good. Sawyer had a great time and got lots of goodies. We had a great time. Next year will be lots of fun with the new baby. Congrats to Andrea and Landon. Can't wait to meet your little one!

Sawyer meets Santa

He wasn't too sure about Santa at first...

But then he warmed up to him...

Overall, we had a great first meeting with Santa! Thanks to Tanya White Photography for the pictures. They turned out great!
